Hotel Reservation:
Special rates are available at the Banff Springs hotel during the Canadian Obesity Summit. Click HERE to book online HOWEVER a fter April 1, 2017, if you have trouble accessing group rates or specific room types we recommend you call hotel reservations directly at 1 800 441 1414 (within North America) or 1-506-863-6310 (all other countries). When booking by phone, please quote block code "Canadian Obesity Network” to access the preferred group rates, on or before Friday, April 21st, 2017.
Room Rates
The room rates below are based on single/double occupancy, which is based on two people in a room. Two bedded rooms must be requested. Each extra person sharing a room will be charged an additional $30.00/night. Maximum occupancy per room is four people. Rates are based on accommodation only, no meals.
There is a service charge of $12.00 per room (plus tax where applicable), that is not included in the room rate, this is a daily charge.

All hotel prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars, per night, per room. Rates are subject to an additional 5% GST, 4% Alberta Tourism Levy and 2% Tourism Improvements Fee per night, per room. *The Alberta Tourism Levy and the Federal Goods and Services Tax are also applicable on the Tourism Improvement Fee. Taxes are subject to change without notice.
